BRINGING HOPE TO THE HOPELESS

As many of you know, Higher Ground Films released three Press Releases last week. Great news! The word continues to spread! Assist News formulated all three releases into one and distributed it to their website.

In addition, a press release done by Taylor Owenby, Higher Ground Films PR Manager, was distributed through PRLOG, which caught the attention of 25,000 viewers.

As each of you continue to walk along with us, and as we get closer to the ultimate goal, many others are getting wind of the message of hope and courage Abducted to Kill the movie will bring to a world that needs so much hope in this day and age.
Syria is going into it's 3rd year of civil war and unrest. Russia invaded Ukraine and has taken over the Crimean Peninsula. Afghanistan is still in the middle of a 13 year war. Violence and unrest has been on the rise in Iraq. The Israel-Palestinian war rages on, as the Syrian Civil War spills into Israel (The Times of Israel). Hundreds of thousands of people have been placed in situations, circumstances, not of their own making, bringing about uncertainty of the outcome for their lives and the ones they love.
North Korea-Since 2012 Kenneth Bae has been locked up and is now facing 15 years in prison for alleged "hostile acts against the republic." Iran-Pastor Saeed Abedini was confined in 2012 and has been sentenced to 8 years in prison for 'undermining national security through his Christian evangelical activities. Saudi Arabia- all citizens must adhere to Islam and conversion to another religion is punishable by death. No displays of Christianity are permitted anywhere (Open Doors Blog).

Our world is overwhelmed with hopelessness. Individuals and people groups are caught in situations and circumstances not of their own making and they don't know what to do. They are facing impossible odds and the hope within that is trying to rise up is unheard and unfeeling. Our story, Abducted to Kill will be a vessel to carry the message of courage and hope to those who need more than just a glimmer of hope. The story of Joseph will resonate with people all around the world as they see his hope restored after almost impossible odds.
To each of you, new subscribers and regulars, we are so grateful for your willingness to support this mission! Our mission is to get this message of hope out to the world.
